Sometimes you need an extra, short-term, executive performer steadied with the knowledge of prior experience. Other times, you may face a critical challenge with no expertise in-house.
Our Leased Executives:
- Are recruited for the specific issues you seek them to solve.
- Will have extensive experience solving those issues, usually in your industry and in the same growth, decline, acquisition, or merger situation you face.
- Will be insured for errors and omissions / professional liability issues.
- Understand their employment is temporary and do not disrupt your current team with concern over another career competitor on the scene.
- Understand that training your existing staff to handle those issues in the future may be a key part of the assignment.
- Work at your facilities only for, and supervised by, you.
- Have signed non-disclosures and other protections for our clients built into their agreement with Johnson Sinish Group.
- Are not career threats to your team. They can assure results while minimizing political upheaval.
Consultants and Consulting Firms:
- May have other engagements that demand their attention while they are working on your critical project.
- Offer less control, since they do not work directly for you.
- May not have much, or any, experience in the specific issue you need addressed.
- Usually cost significantly more than a leased executive.
- Often must offer one person to solve several problems instead of having an experienced veteran with experience in each problem (or opportunity) encountered.
Consulting firms have a definite niche and value, but do not often offer the best and most cost-effective solution at the executive level.
