Funding Assistance - Growth, Mergers, and Acquisitions

Occasionally, one of our clients, or placed executives, has an opportunity to grow, merge, or acquire a business or product line. Often in the past, clients have asked us if we knew of high-integrity, equity funding sources that could help them without disrupting their business. Our founders found such referrals to be of real value to our clients. As their businesses grew, so did their need for our services.

As a result, Johnson Sinish Group Inc has now entered into agreements with equity funding groups that have the resources and integrity that can help foster growth in our clients. Since we talk to many CEOs and CFOs every week, and have on staff former financial and investment banking managers, we are in a unique position to bring needs and capital together.

We are happy to conduct searches and supply leased executives for turnaround, start up and green field situations; many to venture capital and equity investment firms. However, at this point we have not partnered with funding sources that deal with turnarounds or start ups and do not offer assistance in those areas.
